Help Phone audio problem

I'm connected to Skullcandy Bluetooth headphones and for some reason it doesn't allow phone audio. Whenever I go to Bluetooth, go to headphone device settings, it doesn't let me click phone audio. Also, sometimes the headphone allows phone audio and sometimes not randomly, without me even turning it on, so the headphones can support the phone audio.

The headphones could be defected, tell me. Has it worked with other phones?
And also try powering off and on.

forget the device and re-pair. That usually resolves those issues as long as they are mic'd headphones.
