Hello I have recently purchased a samsung galaxys3 and for some reason I can't get picture or video messages to download on my phone. My service provider is Cricket and I have already spoken to the tech support people. I also spent a few hours cleaning out both my internal and external memory thinking that may be the issue. I have been with the same provider for several years and have NEVER had this issue before. I really don't know what else to do other than call Samsung and ask for a replacement and would really like to avoid that headache if possible. So if anyone has any ideas or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
