Hey @Stanis Lim, FYI, we're an English-language site, so your post here is likely not understandable by most folks who don't run it through something like Google Translate (which thinks you said "How to restore deleted photos or videos on the telegram?").

Unless you've backed-up your photos on another device or cloud, then I'm afraid it's very likely you won't be able to restore / recover them--I've seen countless posts like this and have yet to see someone reply with a reasonable, useful recovery method.
