Print not working with client's printer

Hi
I have a problem in my android app developed in kotlin.I had wrote print routines to print receipt.It is printing fine with my own epson and citizen printer(USB printer).
But when client connect his own epson and citizen printer(USB printer) then print not working at all.
It looks like some permission issue.

Can any body help regarding this issue.

Yes, make the permission all allow and check if he turned on the wireless (the bluetooth or wifi) and let it him test printing ur client ur welcome
