problem after factory reset

i got a chinese android phone (htc desire replica),
yesterday i did a factory reset on my phone from
settings>privacy>factory reset> erase all

after i checked on OK, device restarted n it started up normally but instead of showing homescreen, it shows a black screen with "ActivePhone" writen on the top left of screen and 2 tab-buttons in middle


one says "Activate"
other says "shut down"


shutdown tab can be pressed but activate tab is in faded color and cant be pressed...

somebody help me please.....

But, your best bet might be to try and find a running ROM for your device and root it because it sounds like the OS even got wiped off of your device.
