Root Problem mounting internal memory after Cyanogen 7.2

I had no problems mounting internal memory and SD card memory through the phone before CyanogenMod 7.2. After going through the steps on this website everything is normal except when i turn on USB mode now the SD card shows up but I can't access the internal memory.

What happened? Any idea how I can fix this?
