I have two problems with my HTC Hero, don't know if they are related.
1) When I set an alarm, the dialog which says "drag down to dismiss" on the lock screen disappears when I pick up the phone. This means the only way to stop the alarm going off again is to open the clock application and disable the alarm.
2) If I set a calendar event to have an audible notification I usually don't get anything in the status bar to which I can respond. This means the alarm keeps going forever untill I delete the item from the calendar. Just occasionally something appears and I can then "dismiss all", but usually not.
I have seen similar posts about these but no-one mentions exactly this combination.
I also have not seen any solutions. Can anyone help?
