It just started: On Moto M3 Android 6.0, swipe down from the notification bar, and the bar becomes thicker, but no settings icon - just Time, Date, and icons for WiFi, Cell signal, battery are displayed, and no quick settings icons for display intensity, WiFi, Bluetooth, Do Not Disturb, etc.. Instead, below the bar, overlaid on the main widow, is the message "No Notifications". Happens also in safe mode.
Even though individual apps have notification enabled, no notifications appear in the notification bar.
Any one know how to get back to normal (for the Moto G3, anyway)?
