I am trying to read my external sd card when plugged into pc (Win 7) but my pc does not see the external, only internal memory.

Any ideas how to make this happen?

The only way is to use a card reader and plug it directly into your comp.

I'm having a similar issue. The difference is that after I transfer my movies to the external micro sd card (32gb, class 10), my Iconia detects the card but won't allow me to look at the contents of it, let alone access them.

I'm having the same issue what did you do to figure it out? I'm able to view the pics/videos in Gallery, but I'm not able to access any of my files or anything other than media. Thanks

You need to have a file explorer like astro installed to view the external SD card.

I do i have Astro and HD File explorer, but then I realized that the SD Card is not /SDCard it is actually in a subfolder then External_SD or something like that. Good to go thanks tho.

It is possible if you have root your tablet. You can then sym link the external to the real internal and make the external look like a subdirectory on the internal.

A post about it over at xda. I will find it and post a link.
