rebate not eligible?

on the receipt it says not eligible...does that mean i cant get the rebate?...was there a deadline for it?was it only for primary lines? because im a secondary account

My receipt said the same thing but I had to call 3 times and finally got the rebate applied.
My line is also the primary number but not sure if that matters.
