Root Reboot screen in loop

I updated my Velocity ROM and now it just goes form the LG Screen To the Velocity screen over and over. Any way to fix this?

Did you follow the 2.2 guide? Which velocity and are you on 2.1 or 2.2?? I saw your other post but still not sure. Try wiping all the data cache and dalvik cache and rebooting. If that doesnt work reflash velocity. But most importatly, were you using the guide and completed from start to finish??

I followed the Velocity instructions, but i could have missed something. I cant clear my cache or anything because every time i turn my phone on it gets stuck in that loop.

Im guessing you didnt follow the guide to go from 2.1 to 2.2

You haven't said whether you can boot into recovery mode. As someone who has just experienced a very similar problem, you need to boot into recovery mode: hold down the phone/send key, the menu key, and the power key. After about 8 seconds, release the power key. You should see the LG logo. After a few more seconds, you'll see the Velocity screen. Release the other two keys. You should now be in recovery mode.
