Root Rom Updates Update?

Wouldn't it be nice if there was one place where we could be notified, or at least see, when a root Rom gets an update from the Dev - or is there?

Usually the dev will update their thread or post a new one at the sites of their choice (usually XDA, Rootzwiki, and/or the dev's site)

Also if it is a rom that people use here the thread that is posted about it here is often updated as well. Many devs are also active on twitter if you want to follow them there they may or may not post updates there.
