Hi, I have Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus. I bought it 2 months ago. Everything was ok, when I have original system Jelly Bean 4.1.2. My phone offered me official update to Jelly Bean 4.2.2 and I updated it via wifi. On 99%, phone shut down by itself, and then suddenly turn on. Everything was different, new system was installed and worked normally. But, two weeks later, phone suddenly shut down by itself every few days. I can't turn it on. I have to remove battery, wait for a minute, and then put it back and turn on the device. That's so irritating. Can I fix this problem if I do a factory reset? Will my system go back to original? Sorry if my English is bad.
