Do I check the IMEI to be correct by matching it on the About phone and match it to the inside behind the battery??

Yes,sometimes it can get corrupt or dump all together. There are software programs to back that data up called NV READER/WRITER and QPST. I use both.

Ya I'm gonna probably be up all night trying to get my phone back to normal...
so now that it at least turned on....Custom ROMs or all the other fancy cool extras? Any suggestions?
I learned and read into a bit trying to find how to fix my phone and alot of the stuff I read seemed like...why haven't I done this my whole life?

I've only been fooling with phones and pc for a few months and I'm hooked. Had to learn pc for work,PLC trouble shooting. My laptop would laugh at me if I tried to do anything but surf web and shop on amazon

Now that you know how to get back to stock, try a few things. As long as you can get in download mode you can usually fix what goes wrong.

I'm a root junkie so as soon as I get my t999l first thing I'm gonna try. Tried to to help someone root theirs the other day with no success.

Plan on posting what will work. Reason I took two hour free download to get Firmware. Always have a plan to return to stock before experimenting
