whenever I grab something i cant bring it to my home screen it says unfortinatly touchwiz home has stopped

Try restarting the phone, if that doesn't fix it, try factory reset, could just be acting funky.

Restarting your phone will make the TouchWiz process restart too but maybe try clearing the app's cache first:
- Go into your Settings >> Application manager
- The 'DOWNLOADED' category should be showing but you need to swipe over to 'ALL'
- Scroll down to 'TouchWiz home', select it, then tap the 'Force stop' button, then the 'Clear cache' button.
- Now restart your phone.
