Samsung S6 ipV6 wifi network disconnecting frequently

Samsung S6 mobile connected with MacMini Wifi router. But for every 30 seconds, wifi connection is disconnecting.

If I connect MacMini Wifi for iPhone, ipv6 wifi network is stable.

Can some one help me why Android phone disconnecting frequently for ipV6 wifi network?
