Help SD card unmounts

[SD card bugging]

So I've been noticing, for the past few days, that my phone's SD card is randomly unmounting itself when I start the phone up. It does the usual "Preparing SD card" that it always does, then says "SD card is safe to remove" after, even though I didn't shut the phone down or tell it to unmount.

I think it's causing errors in the phone, since it keeps shutting itself down randomly with no warnings, and this is all frustrating as a whole. Help? (Phone is a Kyocera Rise)
