Help Second 4.3 update draining battery?

As the title says, I received the second update (security patch?) and ever since, my battery doesn't appear to last as long. I haven't downloaded anything extra nor have I been using the phone any differently.
Has anyone else got the same issue?

I think I'm running the first 4.3 (rooted, flashed stock 4.3) and my battery is CRAPOLA.
