Should I get the Galaxy s3 or wait for the s4?

I am looking at buying a new phone this month and I am very interested in the s3. But I'm worried that if I buy it that it will be outdated in a few months. Should I wait or get it?

I think your looking at probably a 6 to 8 month wait till the S4 is available for sale. If you can wait that long and are willing to pay the premium to get it - by all means do so.

On the other hand you can get the S3 now. The S3 is an excellent phone that pretty much does everything you could ask it to. When the S4 comes out the S3 will still be an excellent phone that will do everything you could ask it to.

Here is the truth about new hardware. Just because the S4 will be more powerful doesn't mean it will actually be able to do more. Users have to have a need to advantage of that hardware. Software developers have to write software that take advantage of that hardware. The truth is we are reaching the point where hardware is becoming more powerful than what we can use it for. So don't fall into the trap that you must have the latest and greatest to have fun and do the things you need to do.

Wait til the S4, all rumors indicate it will be released in 2 to 3 months.

plus there will be a ton of new phones coming out in the MWC which is happening from feb 25-28th.....so yes i would wait as well.

I have an offer for a new one for 420. But when the new one comes out It will be around 600-700 which is out of my price range. I don't think I shouldn't pay about 200 more just or some tiny little add ons. Thanks for your opinion.
