I haven't. The SDXC should not be compatible with the SCHC reader in the phone at least as it is designed. However I have seen reports of the 64 GB micro sd working in other Android phones and they should have the same limitation as our phone so I think they should work but I haven't seen reports about users with a thunderbolt source
There may be other issues that arise even with the cards "working" the biggest one that comes to mind would be will the phone be able to utilize the entire card or will it be limited at 32GB. I am interested in if the card will work properly on the bolt as I am almost out of space on my card, if the price were to drop to a reasonable amount and it is confirmed working past 32GB I would look into getting one myself but I am not about to buy one at the current price without knowing if it will work as it should.
I would think that it would be possible at least on a custom ROM/kernel. Obviously android can handle more than one physical, and therefore logical, device. It can already do multiple mounts, etc. I think the limitation is more about the drive chipset being able to address the entire card.
