I found that the Motorola G Play (2021) has 2;versions of software update, and 1 claims to have more than 1 gb of supposedly unremovable user data. At least the clear storage option is gray. Hiw do I remove the data? How do I uninstall or downgrade this thing? The 3 vertical miracle dots are not there.

That's the thing. I don't know what user data. In settings under system apps there are two that say software update, and one of them lists more than a gig of data. Since the option to clear is grayed out, I might not be able to get rid of that. I want to, though, for at least two reasons. It would save a lot of space on the phone, and it would take the data away from "them" (I hope).
