Speaktoit Assistant

Are you using Speaktoit Assistant? If so, what are your thoughts?

I have the premium version and have been trying to teach it nicknames for my contacts. While the app responds and says it has learned them, when I use the nicknames it never finds the contacts.

Also, when sending an email it does not insert the contact into the email program. I've tried the native email program and Touchdown.
