what the difference if u can u flash kernel and roms on stock recovery so whats the point of cmw can some explain the pros and cons

U cant flash roms with stock recovery. Thats the point of CwM. It Makes flashing Easier then Using adb on A Computer

my friend what the easiest way to flash cmw i was reading didnt understand anythinh about abd or fast boot. when i had the esteem they make it the same way u root and i really want cmw please some help here
