Help Strange mms problem....

Since the 2.2 update I have not noticed this till now....I have no problem sending a mms to my daughter and mother who are on my verizon account but when I try sending a mms to someone that is not on my verizon account but they have verizon they get it or get "message expired or unavailable" if they are on another carrier they just never get it.....I have pulled the battery and it still does not work....

Any suggestions other than a factory reset??? Would like to avoid that one if possible.

Haven't seen this issue sending to AT&T from Verizon but I'm rooted and running a custom Rom. Sounds to me like it's something to do with the network or radio but not sure. Have you called or spoken to Verizon support about it?

Have not talked with Verizon yet and am really hoping to avoid a factory reset.....but my one daughter on Verizon and son on t-mobile are unable to get mms from me.....this is one of those things that makes you go ......grrrrrrrr
