My phone crashed today. I Turned it back on and it's stuck in a boot loop or something.
I loops between the orange logo and animation over and over and never gets beyond it.
Recovery mode doesn't work, seems you all have different button combinations for how to get there and I've tried them all.
I can get to FTM mode though. I tried the latest version of'ZTE Handset software update tool' but it gets stuck at "Reading handset information". So I'm stumped. I have no idea how to proceed.
I'm a complete novice at this and can't understand anything you've posted in similar topics to this. Any idea how I can fix my phone? Nice easy step-by-step guides if you've got them.
