Help Sync Music from Itunes?

Is it possible to do this?
I'm a new user of Android and am completely lost when it comes to syncing music. I have itunes and use that all the time...so can I sync from there and if not...how do you sync music from your computer to your phone?

Not sure about iTunes, but HTC Sync can be used to sync music from your computer to your device.

Or you could just use Doubletwist. Its just like itunes, but for android

Forget all that go get Google Music. Best music app by far!
