The Samsung Galaxy Note 7's display may incorporate touch sensors into the flexible AMOLED panel

A new report out of South Kereo claims that Samsung's latest flexible AMOLED panels which will be used on the Galaxy Note 7 will incorporate new Y-OCTA technology which will allow Samsung to do away with the Touch Films which it currently uses on its devices. The Y-OCTA-infused AMOLED panels would allow phones to be slightly thinner and would reduce the cost and simplify the manufacturing of the phone.
