Ok your device was manufactured in 2014 as is going to run slow because of its age and running Android 6 at best.
So its running perfectly normal for a device it's age and no sign of being hacked...

I think the best you can hope for is to report the phone stolen to your carrier so the imei can be blacklisted. That would prevent anyone from using it as a phone. It's most likely already been wiped and sold. You should change all your passwords, though. And enable two-factor authentication on your accounts just to be safe.
