Transferring pix to computer when your phone is not connected.

Is it possible to get my pix (from my gallery), to my computer? I have already disconnected this incredible so I have no mobile service and I can't seem to find a way to sync to my computer. By the way, switched to incredible 2 and am loving it so far.

I have tried connecting via the USB cord, and was able to transfer some pix that were saved to the SD card, but cannot seem to get to the pix in my gallery.

Sounds like you've had some success with your questions... Make sure you've changed your USB connection back to 'Charge Only'...that should allow your Gallery app to be able to find the apps that you've moved or saved to the SD card.
