Trying to open a txt photo

[Android Question]

I'm using a HTC phone, and when I try to increase the size of a txt photo I have received, I receive the message 'Media not found'. The Google Plus symbol shows at the top left of my screen. When I click the option, I receive: Details and Set As. When I push either one, I receive the message: Unfortunately, Google Plus has stopped. Only options are then: Report or OK. I wasn't getting this error before. How do I get it to work?
