Verizon V20 on AT&T

Hello everyone, I am wondering if someone can help me. I switched a Verizon LG V20 to AT&T and am having a few issues. First is it pretty much stays on "H" instead of LTE. Second is that the text messaging will work but no MMS. Pretty sure I have the APN settings correct but I could be wrong. If I change the network settings to LTE/CDMA, the data works great but the phone and test messages fail. If anyone has been successful in getting all to work, please help!! Thanks

No sir, it's unlocked. Reads the AT&T Sim and for the most part, works great. Just those issues.

Maybe you already read this, but I repost just in case. There are some issues with getting phones from other operators to work on ATT as those phones don't have AT&T ROM that contain some specific settings.
