Very bad signal

Hey guys I'm having very bad signal with my phone... I've flashed modems and boatloaders but still getting bad signals,... Any suggestions please help

Did you have this problem before flashing different modems?
Does the signal improve when you move about to different locations?
I'm sure the modems are for your device/carrier etc?

Well I baught the phone second and I had the problem from the start, yes I get better signals on different locations sometimes... And I'm not sure if it's the right modem for my country but I flashed the latest one from xda... My country is Jamaica, in the Caribbean

Try standing in one spot, then bring your left foot slowly up to your right knee. Now extend your left arm all the way above your head while bending at the wrist and point your fingers straight out. Check your phone while holding this position for the next 5 minutes to see if you notice better signal.

If this doesn't work then you're a shoe-in to audition for Karate Kid Part IV.

Only a Carrier specific firmware update can help increase signals. I remember when the HTC Droid Incredible (Carrier: Verizon) first came out my signal was discouraging. I almost returned the phone. Within a short time Verizon performed an update and it pretty much doubled the signal strength.

My current Note 3 was never that great compared to other people's phones.

I am on Verizon in the USA.

I was having a problems with never receiving 4g signals.....
the symbol would show up, but go away as fast as it appeared.

it was resolved by the replacement of the SIM card by Verizon.
they said that is nearly always caused by a defective SIM.

worth a try....
