Help Viber issue -- can't answer calls

When using Viber can't answer calls. The green and red buttons are not active in order to answer or reject the call. Even though having updated to JB 4.1.1 and then unistalled and reinstalled Viber rel 2.3.0.694, the problem is still there. On the other hand with Viber I can regularly call and communicate wih the called party.

I'm having the same problem I can see the green answer, and red decline button, but nothing happens when they are touched.

Wondering if you found an answer, or if anyone else knows.

Same problem with my Samsung S3, cannot reply to Viber call inspite of pressing buttons etc, but can make outgoing calls, no problem. Emailed suport at Viber which advised to uninstall and re install which I had already done anyway. No change. I think its a Viber bug, they should sort it out.

I have no problem with my Viber. I am using the stock ROM.

I had the same problem and the answer (for me) proved to be simple yet not intuitive. Tapping the green answer button does nothing. You have to touch and drag the button all the way to the right, and then you can answer the call. (Motorola RAZR M, Verizon)

MIDISAM is correct, stick your finger on the purple button that comes up and flick it to the right. Works on Samsung Note 2 - drove me nuts until I read this column. Many tnx MIDISAM
