Wallpaper appears with black bar on the left side after reboot (Samsung Galaxy Tab S2)

So when I forget to recharge the tablet, it tends to turn itself off naturally but then when I boot it up again the wallpaper is always moved on over to the right side, leaving some of the left side with a big black bar. Is there anyway to avoid that, even after the reboot? I use the tablet exclusively on landscape mode.
