Anyone have any idea what it will be and around when we can expect it?
There's no official rumors as of yet, all that it will start with an L
That's all I've found on it.
Actually, we don't even know that for sure. Everyone thought that K was gonna be Key Lime Pie, then they announced KitKat. For all we know, L could be Lemon Head or llama...
I keep hoping it will be called "L".
Anyone else put in a negative position in a business meeting talking about Gingerbread, Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean, Kit Kat, and the topper Play Store?
We know the next "major" one will start with an L. Whether the next one will be "major" or not is anyone's guess
The next version upgrade is likely to be at google I/O in late spring/early summer. Version numbers, features, or names is nothing more than rumor at this point.
I'm guessing if they keep to the letters, its going to begin with L.
Lemon something is all I can think of right now.
my guess: Life Savers. The obvious answer would be Lemon Meringue Pie, but they've already done pie...
Highest bidder that starts with an "L"...
That would be quite cynical if it wasn't (probably) true.
They haven't done pie yet, since 4.4 was surprise-renamed KitKat pretty late in the game.
No money changed hands on the KitKat branding thing - at least not officially:
At any rate, Phandroid's Rob Jackson seems to think Lollipop is most likely, and I tend to agree with him. I guess we'll find out in a few months!
Liquorish Allsorts
maybe the missing "L" in the "STAP ES" ads?
I would be A-OK with the switch to a coffee theme
Androids matured... Time to lay off the snacks
Actually, I want to change my vote to Limoncello, as I'm a huge fan of desserts that will get you durnk.
Agreeing with Rob???? Reported....
No, needs to start with "L" ;-)
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for lemon tart
ooooh it's a nestle chocolate bar
oooooh let's do this apple don't need big cats anymore
Only if it's a European-style Latte and not Starbucks
What about Lemon Cake? Or better yet, Lemon Bundt Cake?
