Which Galaxy S phone? The Fascinate or The Continuum? Both good phones but they haven't received the 2.2 update yet. Why do these phones make a better gaming or texting phone too you? Neither of them a physical QWERTY keyboard. If thats what you're looking for go with a Droid 2. Before picking any phone you should do lots of research and go on youtube and watch some reviews. But like I said the HTC Thunderbolt is going to be one of the best phones of the year so consider it.

I'd wait for some of the newer phones to launch. With how quick technology updates, buying something that's okay now, with new awesome phones on the way, would be a bit foolish. Good things come to those who wait :)

I would say the Droid X2 aka Bionic as well. It has amazing specs and features for a phone.

the galaxy s (if im not mistaken) has the best frame rate on 3d and close to the best on 2d, that said i didnt know it was still 2.1... when is the thunderbolt expected to come out? and theres gonna be a droid x2? also im staying at verizon if that limits the choices at all

New phones were introduced at MWC and they are getting available next month. Phones like HTC Desire S, SE Arc, Samsung Galaxy S2, LG Optimus 2X are all modern phones, so there is hardly a wrong choice here.
