Help Wierd Stock Flash problem.

So I tried to flash my Captivate back to stock 2 days ago.
Now I am missing Download mode and Recovery mode. And to start up my phone, it bootloops for about 20 - 30 minutes, then finally starts up.

Is there a way I can ReFlash stock bootloaders in my situation or do I need the unbrickable mod to get download mode back.
