Wifi calling on vzw note 3?

Hey all, Just moved into a new place where the cell service is nonexistent, But my fiber optic internet connection is quite good (50+Mbps)

I still really need my note to work here at the house, and cant figure out a way to make it wifi enabled calling.
Can it be done?
