Help wifi connected but no internet access

Hi ,

I have dell laptop and reliance netconect + usb dongle for internet.
Through WIFI Connected my new samsung galaxy ace plus to my laptop but internet cannot be connected to my mobile .
But by using USB thering i can access my mobile internet in my laptop.
I need this in reverse.
please help.

You can teather from phone to pc. Not pc to phone.... WiFi teathring will make a hotpot on your mobile to which you can connect other devices through WiFi.... If you want to ask something else then fell free to......
