Help Wifi keeps disconnecting and connecting here at work

My phone can't seem to keep a lock on the wifi at work, even though it is a very strong signal. This just started yesterday, it was fine until then. Now it just connects for a few seconds, then disconnects, back and forth.

What's up?

Vance, can't help you with the solution but I can tell you the same thing happened to me yesterday. My outlook wouldn't sync. So I started looking around and realized WIFI wasn't connected (even though i had the icon up top saying it was). I toggled wifi or did a quick restart and it's been fine ever since. but thats weird how it happened to both of us yesterday??????? I thought it was just me and a fluke.

Yes, that is odd. I will try a reboot and see what happens.

Edit: Restart seemed to help a little, wifi staying connected for longer periods, but still toggling off and back on by itself now and then.

I have had issues with institutional WiFi on all android devices with disconnects...I think it has to do wih IP address lease times

Mine started doing this yesterday as well. It used to connect to every wifi that it knew but now I have to toggle wifi on/off/on. Once I do that it connects just fine. I was thinking it was because I connected to a non broadcasting network over the weekend, but now I'm not so sure that is it.

I have tried the toggle off and back on and it still goes into this endless loop of connect/disconnect. Sometimes it will stick for a couple of minutes, then right back to the loop.

OK, I found the solution, thanks to Waremaster, I just needed to reboot the router and things seems solid since then!!
