Due to the fact that I download a lot of ROMs and frequently do hard resets, I have to re-active my phone a lot as well. Will Verizon notice this and cancel my contract?

They won't care...no skin off their nose. I reset multiple times daily early in my root/ROM playing days, no one's going to be knocking on your door.

I don't see why they should care if you're always reactivating your phone. It doesn't exactly use up a lot of data; I activated my phone manually once because there was no service around. All activation does is fill in a few internal fields with some digits. A 3 second call probably puts more strain on their network.

I have reflashed my phone more times than I care to remember and reprogramed the prl many of those times. VZW has never said anything to me so I wouldnt worry about it
