Help WMA file question for Nexus

Is there any app or trick that will recognize, and allow me to use WMA files if I load them directly onto the Nexus?! Or am I stuck with having to convert prior to loading on my phone?!

Hi Willyburz, I had exactly the same problem - just got a Samsung Galaxy Nexus on Verizon, and I have 27 GB of music files in WMA format that I ripped off CDs. Really didn't want to convert them. Went through a number of apps - Google Music, Real Player, Songbird - none of them recognize WMA files loaded onto the phone. However, Poweramp does work. (Finally! Nice to find a music app that recognizes those files.)
