wont power on after blue flash

[Android Question]

i had my lg770 on charge the phone indicated it had a full charge so i disconnected the charger when i did this a blue screen flashes on for just a second and now it will not power on. Please please if anyone knows what is wrong let me know as i can not afford a new phone
