Working To do

Hey sorry guys i am new, i haven't quite got the hang of my New HTC or android for that matter. I Have come from the iPhone

what i am wondering is my boss and i have just got the same phones and i am wondering if there is a To do app that i can sync across both phones.
So he can book jobs in for me and can see when i have completed them etc.

I had a pretty good look around but maybe i am not a very good looker.
is there an app that will do this already>?

I'd do something like create a shared gmail account, and use a google tasks app attached to that account (also automatically ynced to your phone).
