Help X10i cant recieve any calls

hello
i've did factory reset about month from now on my X10i, and after that i cant receive any incoming calls;
outgoing calls works fine, can send messages, and receive them..
tried already calling my provider, and tried my sim card in another phone, works perfectly fine
tried also switching network setting from 3G to 2G,changing from WCDMA to GSM, and back again
nothing helped
anyone got any suggestion?
