How to pinch zoom in (enlarge) in all apps (e.g. uber, calculator, messages, whatsapp, telegram...)?

Some apps do not allow zoom in, is there any setting or third party app that can allow all apps to have a zoom in function?

Enable the android triple-tap zoom-in feature.

its an accessibility feature

edit: on my z fold 4 its:
settings>accessibility>visibility enhancements>magnification>magnification shortcut........i do not have the 3 tap option. but the shortcut will allow you to zoom in and out on any screen. the only problem is that you will always have the shortcut on the screen.

so your phone may or may not have the 3 tap option.

Where's the "triple tap" screen magnification feature?

I'm having trouble finding the menu setting to triple tap the screen to magnify anywhere on the screen. Instead I have a small icon on the bottom right corner of the screen that when tapped once will show a square box for magnification which I don't like. It's not the same as doing the triple...
