Baseball Superstars 2010 No Uninstall

I bought this game and then requested my refund because of lag issues and other little issues, but when I went to get the refund, there was no uninstall and I got my email saying that I was not charged and that the order was cancelled.

I even went back and played it again to see if it worked or if it would be blocked or something, but it still plays properly. I was wondering if this will automatically uninstall later? I waited to see if they would uninstall it after the 24hour period, but its still here. Am I missing something? Am I going to get charged again? I'm just really confused about this as this is the first app that I have bought from the market.
