I just downloaded Weatherbug elite and really like it. Question, and be patient as I'm very new to this--is it possible to replace the weather icon and data on the home screen with the data from Weatherbug?

I had Weatherbug for awhile, but my widget didn't update very much. My Weather Channel app has been spot on every time I wake up my phone. I did like the look and size of the WB widget though, but I'm sticking with TWC.
Another vote for WeatherBug Elite. When I'm on my computer, I'm big time into weather patterns and keep on top of the doppler radar. WB-E allows me to view the "map in motion" on my Eris and that makes me VERY happy. It was the very first (and only one of two) app that I paid for and am glad I did.
Radar Now is a good app for simple, animated radar. It's straight from the National Weather Service.
I see Weatherbug has had some bug fixes. I may give it another go. I see you can set it up to update every 15 minutes. Will a severe notification push through right away, or wait until the next update period?
I'm using Weather Bug now and it's pretty cool. You guys should at least give it a try. Only complaint is the Widget is a decent size, but the text manages to be cramped. Or maybe my location, "Burr Ridge" is too big for it. I dunno. But it's good and better than the Sense one.
I was using weatherbug but i kept having problems with it force closing on me. I just recently uninstalled it and am now using the weather channel app. So far so good, but the constant severe weather alerts are getting annoying. "Ding Ding"...I know, I know...another 8 - 12 " inches..."Ding Ding" ugh...
