roasted sirloin, potato's and carrots with rosemary and brown sugar glaze
I'm not a huge foodie eater..I like mostly junk food and fruit.. plus Im limited with whole can't eat animals...thing....but It's my own personal decision and I won't lambast my views on anyone else.... I still cook meat almost every day..even though I have to tune it out of my head to prepare it..(and I do or I'll probably get physically sick thinking about it)
...even so...gotta say..Im still one hell of a cook!!

Made pasta Primavera with a carrot, beet, and feta salad. All veggies tonight. First time having beets believe it or not... Not too bad. Kids liked them too.

I love em. Generally roasted or pickled. We're doing a pickled beet with carrot and fennel salad right now at the restaurant. Good stuff.
