The only way to remove them is to root your phone. This gives you super user access, and lets you access/change files you normally wouldn't. You can use a free program called Z4Root. If you google it, you will find plenty of information, and step by steps instructions to download and install it. (Basically, you download the file off the internet, put it on the phone's SD card, and then install it through the program Files, that comes on the phone. Then it's one click to root your phone). Then you need a program called Titanium Backup (And you need the donate edition) and you can Freeze these programs. This makes them invisible to the system, and ensures they won't run. However, when it's time for an update from Motorola/Verizon, you can then un-freeze these programs, so your phone can get the updates.
